Ingredients
Brownies
1 cup white all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
0.25 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
5 tbsp margarine , melted
0.25 cup fat free milk
1 eggs
2 egg whites
0.25 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

cocoa frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp margarine , softened
2 tbsp fat free milk


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
2 Mix together flour, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in margarine, milk, egg, egg whites, honey, and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Spoon batter into greased pan.
3 Bake 30 minutes or until brownies are springy. Let fully cool. Spread frosting on brownies.
4 To make Cocoa Frosting: using electric beaters, blend together powdered sugar, cocoa, margarine, and enough milk to make a spreadable consistency.
Additional Information
Add walnuts, pecans, white chocolate chips, or peanut chips for flavor variety. (Nutritional values will vary with each addition.)
