Servings
Ingredients
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 cup bread crumbs (whole grain preferred)
0.5 cup plain yogurt, whole milk
10 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cooking spray

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2 Trim the fat off of the chicken, cut into 4 equal pieces, and marinate them in the yogurt for several minutes.
3 In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, thyme, and garlic. Dredge the chicken in the crumb mixture and arrange on the baking pan.
4 Bake for 20 minutes; watch closely to ensure that the chicken "crust" does not burn.
Additional Information
If you want to give the chicken a deep golden color, place the pan under a broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
