1 In a medium serving bowl, mix cold water and lemon juice together. 2 Soak banana slices in lemon-water for 4 minutes. Drain lemon-water and discard. Gently stir sliced strawberries, clementine (or orange) sections and sweetener into bananas. Cover. Keep chilled until ready to eat.
