1 Core and slice apples and pears in wedges (do not peel). Place in a shallow bowl and cover with lemon water. Cover and chill until ready to serve. 2 In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 3 To serve, place 1/4 cup of the ricotta cheese mixture in the center of each of 6 dessert plates. Surround with an equal portion of apple and pears slices.
