1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff. 3 Gradually add Splenda®, beating continuously. Add vanilla and salt. Beat until stiff peaks form. 4 Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips. 5 Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet . Bake in preheated oven until firm, about 12 minutes.
