1 Mix 4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour in water and stir until smooth. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough. 2 Knead dough until elastic, about 5 minutes. Lay dough in a greased bowl and let rise, covered in a warm place I hour, dough should be doubled in size. Punch down dough. 3 Separate dough into 2 pieces. Roll dough on a floured surface and lay on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Let rest 45 to 60 minutes. 4 Form 1/4 inch deep indentations in dough. Coat dough with cooking spray and top with Parmesan cheese. 5 Bake at 425 degrees Farenheit 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
