1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar blend, and egg. Beat until smooth. 3 Shape dough into 1/2" balls. 4 Place dough balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 5 Press one chocolate piece into each cookie. 6 Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies become set. Remove from oven. 7 Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Cool completely, until chocolate sets.
