Directions
1 In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, thyme, and garlic powder.
2 Dip the fish first into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
3 In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat and add fish, cooking until both sides are a golden brown.
4 Remove fish from pan and place on serving dish, keep warm.
5 Add the butter to the pan and melt.
6 Add in the lemon juice, red pepper, hazelnuts, and parsley. Cook until hot and spoon over fish, serve.
Additional Information
Add some brown rice and a fresh fruit salad to complete this meal.
