Ingredients
0.67 lb flounder fillet , rinse and pat dry
1 cooking spray
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 oz scallions , sliced thinly


Directions
1 Set the fillets in a Chinese steamer and steam for about 8 to 10 minutes.
2 Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray. Once the fish is done steaming, place on a plate.
3 Combine the vinegar and soy sauce. Pour the olive oil into the skillet and turn the heat on high. Once the oil starts to smoke, pour in the vinegar mixture then turn the heat off.
4 Drizzle the sauce over the fillets and sprinkle the scallions on top.
Additional Information
Serve with a salad or mixed vegetables on the side.
