1 Heat a cooking spray coated grill pan over medium high heat. 2 Massage 2 teaspoons of soy sauce onto both sides of steak and season both sides with salt and pepper. Arrange steak on grill pan and cook until preferred degree of doneness, about 5 minutes per side. 3 Take steak off of pan and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice steak diagonally against the grain into 1/2 inch thick pieces. 4 Pour sesame oil in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat. Sauté ginger and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Pour in the rest of the soy sauce and edamame and sauté for 2 minutes. 5 Stir together vinegar and wasabi paste until smooth. 6 When ready to serve, spoon 1/2 cup edamame into a plate, lay 3 ounces of steak on top, and lightly pour 1 tablespoon of sauce over.
Additional Information
Adjust amount of wasabi according to taste, it can be very spicy.
