1 Combine lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili oil, vegetable oil, red pepper flakes, red wine, sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl. 2 Place steak in enameled baking pan and coat with mixture. Cover with plastic wrap, marinate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with marinade. 3 Heat grill and oil grill rack. Place grill rack 4 to 6 inches above flame. 4 Remove meat from marinade and pat with paper towel. Reserve excess marinade. 5 Place meat on grill rack and grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning and coating occasionally with excess marinade. 6 Slice thinly and diagonally. Serve.
