Ingredients

Directions
1 Stack several pieces of paper-towels on top of each other and pour the yogurt on them. Stack another set of paper towels on top and let rest for 5 minutes.
2 Using a rubber spatula, spoon the yogurt into a food processor or blender. Mix in the feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Pulse until creamy, frequently scraping down the sides.
3 Pour yogurt mixture into a serving bowl, add the spinach, minced dill, and pepper and combine well. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle fresh dill over, if using.
Additional Information
Try mixing in any crumbly cheese, such as blue or crumbled cheddar. A creamier, tangier version of a classic favorite.
