Ingredients
3 Oranges, navels, fresh, 2 7/8"
1 cup red grapes , seedlesss
1 medium apples , unpeeled and diced (Red Delicious or Gala)
1 Banana, medium, fresh , peeled and sliced
3 tbsp Coconut, dried, flaked, sweetened, canned


Directions
1 Peel the oranges, making sure to cut down to the flesh. Cut the orange segments away from the membranes and place the segments and accumulated juices into a large bowl. Squeeze any juice from the pieces of orange rind and add it to the bowl.
2 Toss the grapes and apples with the oranges, mixing well.
3 Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until well chilled.
4 Add the bananas and refrigerate for 1 more hour before serving.
5 Divide the mixture among six 8-ounce bowls and top each serving with a sprinkling of the coconut.
