Directions
1 Beat the eggs and the seltzer together. Add the matzoh meal and spices. Mix with a fork until smooth.
2 Refrigerate mixture at least 30 to 60 minutes.
3 Wet hands with water. Form small balls and drop them into boiling soup. Boil for 10 minutes.
4 Flip them to their other side with a fork after 5 minutes. This can be done in plain, boiling water as well.
Additional Information
Knaidlach can be boiled in 3-4 cups salted water or in soup, which will make them more tasty.
