Directions
1 Heat a cooking spray coated grill pan over medium heat.
2 Mix together espresso, brown sugar, and steak seasoning. Massage mixture onto meat on both sides.
3 Lay steaks on pan and cook 4 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
Additional Information
Make sure not to use any flavored espressos, only use plain.
