Ingredients
2.75 cup Tea, herbal, chamomile, brewed , (any flavor)
2 oz sugar free lime jello packet (any flavor)
1 cup light soy milk (or low-fat milk)


Directions
1 Prepare tea and set aside.
2 In a bowl, mix jello with cold milk. Add tea while beating with a hand mixer, or whisk until thick and without lumps. Pour into glasses and refrigerate.
