Ingredients
0.25 cup sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tbsp Hot Cocoa, dry mix
0.12 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp instant coffee
3 cup lowfat milk , (or soy milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.75 cup lowfat milk
6 pinch miniature marshmallows


Directions
1 In a saucepan over low heat, mix together the sugar substitute, cocoa, salt, and water. Heat until boiling; continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Mix in the 3 cups of low-fat or soy milk. When combined, add coffee and vanilla extract; heat through but do not boil.
2 Just before serving, pump with coffee press or whip the 3/4 cup of milk. Divide evenly into each of the mugs.
3 Add cocoa mixture. Top with marshmallows.
