Directions
1 Preheat the broiler. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and tarragon in a bowl.
2 Smear 1 1/2 teaspoons of the tarragon mixture on each half of the English muffins and set on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with onion and cheese.
3 Broil for 3 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown and the cheese has melted.
Additional Information
To make a complete meal, try with 1 cup of honeydew melon.
