12 oz Soybeans, edamame, frozen
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.5 cup cold water
1.5 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp canola oil
1 pinch tabasco sauce (optional)
2 tbsp chopped scallions
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 In a large saucepan, combine edamame, soy sauce, and water. Bring to boil over medium-high.
2 Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until all liquid is evaporated.
3 Remove from heat.
4 Stir in the sesame oil, canola oil, hot-pepper sauce (optional), scallions and black pepper.
