Ingredients
1 lb fresh cabbage leaves
0.25 cup cold water
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp margarine (trans fat free)
1 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 Trim and wash cabbage. Slice into 1/8 inch wide slices.
2 Place water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix in cabbage and cover tightly.
3 Simmer over low heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Drain well before mixing in margarine and pepper. Toss lightly and serve hot!
