Ingredients
14 oz canned sauerkraut, drained
1 red onion , sliced
2 cup chopped apples , preferrably tart apples
2 lb country style pork ribs
1 cup apple juice


Directions
1 Place sauerkraut, onion and apples in a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. Top with meat. Pour apple juice over mixture in cooker.
2 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon; discard cooking liquid.
