Ingredients
16 oz Pasta, macaroni, enriched, cooked , Elbow macaroni
8 oz Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat , shredded
12 floz Milk, evaporated, low fat
2.5 cup fat free milk
1 eggs , beaten
0.25 cup sugar
0.5 tsp salt and pepper , to taste (optional)


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine the macaroni and cheese together.
3 In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk, milk, egg, sugar, salt and pepper together, and pour over the macaroni.
4 Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until liquid is almost absorbed.
5 Uncover, and keep baking for 10 minutes.
