Ingredients
2 cup Flour, graham (or whole wheat flour)
1 cup white all purpose flour
0.5 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup low fat buttermilk


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Combine both flours, sugar, and salt. Combine baking soda and buttermilk. Stir into flour mixture just until blended.
3 Pour into a sprayed 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until center tests done. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
Additional Information
I like to make this bread when I have leftover buttermilk.
