Directions
1 In a nonstick pan or as directed for your bread machine combine milk, cheese, sugar, salt, flour, and dry yeast.
2 Start dough cycle and mix thoroughly, adding a small amount of water or flour if needed to make a nice dough that is not sticky or dry.
3 When kneading cycle is completed, remove from pan and punch down. Divide into 15 pieces.
4 Form each into a smooth ball and place in sprayed muffin cups. Cover with towel or waxed paper and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 to 60 minutes.
5 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Remove and serve or let cool.
