Ingredients
10 oz salmon steaks , 4-2.5oz steaks
1 cooking spray
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp dried dill weed
0.5 tsp chopped parsley
0.5 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Rinse the steaks well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
2 After placing the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush the steak with lemon juice.
3 Sprinkle them evenly with the dillweed, parsley, and pepper.
4 Bake for roughly 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
