Ingredients
8 oz salmon fillet , cut 1 inch thick (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp grated orange peel (or lemon peel)
1 tbsp orange juice (or lemon juice)
0.12 tsp black pepper
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tbsp fresh chopped green onion
1 medium oranges , peeled and sliced crosswise


Directions
1 Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
2 Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
3 In small bowl, stir together orange peel, orange juice, pepper, and garlic.
4 Preheat broiler. Place fish on prepared broiler pan.
5 Brush with half of the orange juice mixture. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
6 Using wide spatula, carefully turn fish. Brush with the remaining orange juice mixture.
7 Broil for 3 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
8 Cut fish into 2 portions. Sprinkle with green onion and garnish with orange slices.
