1 In a food processor combine Zsweet , ricotta cheese, and whipped cream cheese. Cover and blend until smooth.
2 Cover and refrigerate until chilled
3 To serve, take the halves of the graham cracker (4 halves in total) and top each piece with the cheese mixture. Garnish with a strawberry.
