Ingredients
4 oz low fat cream cheese , softened
0.5 tsp grated orange peel
2 tsp fat free milk
3 Tortilla, flour, ready to bake, 7" to 8"
1 medium apples (or pear)
0.25 cup chopped pecans , toasted if desired (or almonds)


Directions
1 Stir together in a small bowl the cream cheese, orange peel and enough milk to make cheese spreading consistency, set aside.
2 Using a 3- to 3 1/2-inch round cutter, cut the tortillas into rounds (discard scraps).
3 Spread tortilla rounds with cream cheese mixture and set aside. Core apple, and thinly slice crosswise.
4 On one-third of the tortilla rounds, arrange half of the fruit slices. If desired, sprinkle with half of the nuts.
5 Top each with another tortilla round,cream cheese side up. Top with remaining fruit slices and nuts (if desired). Top with remaining tortilla rounds, cream cheese side down.
Additional Information
Instead of apple, try pear or banana!
