1 Stir together in a small bowl the cream cheese, orange peel and enough milk to make cheese spreading consistency, set aside. 2 Using a 3- to 3 1/2-inch round cutter, cut the tortillas into rounds (discard scraps). 3 Spread tortilla rounds with cream cheese mixture and set aside. Core apple, and thinly slice crosswise. 4 On one-third of the tortilla rounds, arrange half of the fruit slices. If desired, sprinkle with half of the nuts. 5 Top each with another tortilla round,cream cheese side up. Top with remaining fruit slices and nuts (if desired). Top with remaining tortilla rounds, cream cheese side down.
