1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2 Using a hand or stand mixer, blend the butter and pecans together. Beat in the cookie mix, flour, and water, a dough will begin to form. 3 Scoop the dough into balls using a melon baller, small ice cream scoop, or form with your hands. The balls should be about 1 inch big. 4 Lay the balls on a cookie sheet at least 1 inch away from each other.
5 Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, balls will become semi hard. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. 6 Dip balls in sugar and let cool on wire rack.

Do not use the ingredients that are listed on the package of the cookie mix, only use mix itself.
