Ingredients
1 lb Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw , cut into stir-fry strips
1 tsp fresh thyme
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 cup sliced white onion , thinly
1 cup red bell peppers, sliced , thinly
10 oz Corn, baby, white, kernel, frozen , thawed and drained
1 Okra, frozen, 10oz package , sliced, cooked and drained
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 pinch tabasco sauce (to taste)


Directions
1 In small bowl stir together thyme, salt and pepper, and pork. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Add pork and garlic, and stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is tender. Add onion, red pepper, and corn and stir fry for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
3 Stir in okra, parsley and hot pepper sauce, and heat through.
