Ingredients
2 cup Corn, white, sweet, kernels, fresh (or frozen)
1 cup Pea Pods, fresh, whole
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into strips
2 tsp salted butter
2 tsp fresh dill weed , chopped
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 In a medium saucepan, cook fresh corn in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Add pea pods, and red pepper strips, and cook for 2 minutes more or until peas are at a tender crisp.
2 Drain and toss with butter, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Can be served immediately or cover and chill.
