1 Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler pan with the cooking spray.
2 Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat only one side of the turkey with the mixture and broil on that side for 5 minutes.
3 Turn over, coat the other side with the mixture. Season with pepper and paprika, and broil for about 1 minute. Garnish with the parsley.
