1 In large bowl, add spinach, apples, raisins, and almonds. Toss gently. 2 In small bowl or jar, put apple juice, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, oil, garlic powder, and pepper. 3 Use whisk to blend dressing in bowl, or cover jar and shake well. 4 Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
