1 Remove visible fat from the lamb chops. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 2 In a small bowl, blend the mustard, juice, sugar, pepper and salt. Place the chops on the grill and cover each with the mustard orange sauce. Grill for 4 to 6 minutes. 3 Arrange the orange slices on 4 plates and place a lamb chop on top of each.
