1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 In a medium saucepan, combine butter, lime juice, cumin, black pepper, ground red pepper, and salt. 3 Heat until butter has been melted, stirring frequently. 4 Add peanuts. Toss lightly to coat peanuts. 5 Spread peanuts in 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. 6 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally. 7 Cool mixture before serving.
