1 cup Melon, honeydew, fresh, diced
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
4 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute) , equal to 4 tsp sugar
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute) , or more to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp rum , kosher, dark (optional)


Directions
1 Place sliced fruit in individual dessert cups and sprinkle sugar substitute over each.
2 Combine the sour cream, sugar substitute (to taste), vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and rum for the topping, and pour over fruit, dividing evenly.
3 Garnish as desired.
