Ingredients
1.5 cup mayonnaise
0.5 cup sour cream
2 oz fresh green onions , thinly sliced
2 tsp horseradish sauce
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste


Directions
1 In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, horseradish, curry powder, and sugar.
2 Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and white pepper.
3 Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
