1 In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, mint, cumin, salt, coriander, and cayenne pepper. 2 Peel and dice cucumber. 3 Add cucumber to yogurt mixture. Stir until well mixed. 4 Serve immediately. Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 days.
