Ingredients
1.5 cup chopped apples , peeled
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
0.75 cup fresh chopped celery
0.25 cup seedless raisins
0.33 cup light mayonnaise
0.33 cup Sour Cream, nonfat
2 tbsp fresh chives , minced
2 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp curry powder
0.25 tsp salt
2 tbsp slivered almonds , chopped


Directions
1 To prepare, combine apple and lemon juice in a large bowl; toss well to coat apple. Add chicken, celery, and raisins; toss well.
2 In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture, and toss well. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
3 Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Additional Information
For extra crunch and flavor, toast the almonds on a baking sheet for a few minutes.
