Directions
1 Put the chicken and flour in a resealable plastic bag. Close and shake to coat.
2 Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray. Heat the oil over medium high heat.
3 Saute the pepper strips and garlic for 1 minute. Mix in the chicken and saute for 6 minutes.
4 Stir in the broth, marmalade, and curry powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
Additional Information
Serve on a bed of rice.
