Ingredients

0.25 cup chopped pecans
4 oz medium celery stalks , thinly sliced
2 fresh green onions , thinly sliced (~ 2 tbsp)
0.75 tsp curry powder
16 oz cooked chicken breast , diced (2 cups)
1 medium apples , cut into 1/2 inch chunks
0.75 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh lime juice
0.75 cup Cranberries, sweetened, dried, Craisins


Directions

1 Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and curry powder in a large mixing bowl.
2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
Additional Information
Best prepared and served within 8 hours. To make a day ahead, stir in the dried cranberries, pecans, and green onion into the salad mixture up to 8 hours before serving.
