1 lb medium cucumber
0.75 cup plain yogurt, whole milk
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 oz fresh mint , chopped
1 oz medium garlic cloves , minced
0.12 oz salt (optional)


Directions
1 Peel cucumbers and remove seeds. Dice.
2 In a small bowl, combine cucumbers, yogurt, lemon juice, mint, garlic, and salt (if desired).
3 Stir. Chill until ready to serve. Can be made up to 8 hours ahead. Stir before serving.
