Ingredients
3 medium cucumber , pared and seeded
1 canned jalapeno peppers , drained (reserve liquid), seeded and minced (pickled)
18 tsp Yogurt, plain, nonfat (1/3 cup + 2 tsp)
0.12 tsp cumin seeds , toasted


Directions
1 Grate cucumbers onto double layer of cheesecloth, twist and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
2 Transfer cucumber pulp to small bowl, stir in jalapeno and jalapeno pepper liquid, yogurt, and cumin seeds.
3 Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
