Ingredients
12 oz medium cucumber , unpeeled, sliced lengthwise (equal to 2 1/2 cups)
0.5 cup fresh chopped red onion , thinly sliced
0.33 cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0.33 cup distilled white vinegar
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic, medium bowl.
2 Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir occasionally.
