Ingredients
Pork Chops
1.5 lb whole loin lean pork chops (6 chops, 3/4" thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp minced garlic
0.5 tsp salt , divided
0.5 tsp hot red pepper flakes

Salsa
2 medium oranges , peeled, seeded and chopped
1 medium cucumber , peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped


Directions
Pork Chops
1 In large resealable plastic food storage bag, add oil, pork, lime and orange juices, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper flakes.
2 Seal bag and gently turn to evenly distribute marinade. Refrigerate 2-24 hours.
3 Preheat grill to medium-high, or preheat oven broiler.
4 Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade.
5 Grill or broil pork 6 - 8 minutes per side. Serve with salsa.
Salsa
1 In small bowl, combine oranges, cucumber, onion and cilantro. Toss lightly.
2 Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight. Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt just before serving.
