Ingredients
1 butter flavored cooking spray
1 medium pears , peel, quarter, pare, and cut into 1-inch pieces
0.5 cup fresh blackberries
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp fresh lemon peel , lemon zest
1 SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener packets
0.5 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.12 tsp ground nutmeg
1.5 tbsp white all purpose flour
1 tbsp old fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp Margarine, 80% fat


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the soufflé dishes with the cooking spray.
2 Mix together the pears, blackberries, lemon juice, and zest then divide into the soufflé dishes.
3 Mix together the Splenda, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, oats, and margarine with a fork. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit.
4 Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
Additional Information
You will need two souffle dishes or oven-safe serving bowls. Try with other fruits like raspberries or peaches.
