Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp chopped parsley , diced
2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
12 oz raw medium shrimp , deveined large fresh shrimp


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 Spray an 11 x 7 inch oven safe dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the lemon juice, honey, parsley, Creole, oil, and soy sauce to dish, mix well.
3 Add in shrimp and stir to coat well.
4 Bake until the shrimp turns pink, about 8 minutes.
Additional Information
Throw these tasty shrimp on top of a mixed salad for a complete lunch or dinner.Seasoned and full of flavor these tasty little shrimp are baked with just the right seasoning.
