Ingredients
3 tbsp onion flakes
8 oz fat free cream cheese
0.33 cup lowfat plain yogurt
0.33 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 fresh green onions , chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.12 low sodium bouillon cube , crushed (1/4 tsp vegetable bouillon cube)
2 tbsp fat free milk (up to 3 tbsp)
0.5 tsp fresh lemon juice (up to 1 tsp)
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste


Directions
1 Toast the onion flakes in a small pan over medium heat. Stir frequently for 4 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
2 While the onion flakes cool, in a medium sized bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, and mayonnaise.
3 Chop green onions and add to the bowl.
4 Add garlic and bouillon to bowl and mix until smooth.
5 Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the dip is the desired consistency.
6 Add cooled onion flakes, lemon juice, and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix again and serve.
Additional Information
This dip can be accompanied by crackers, bread, vegetables, or pita.
