Ingredients
4 oz fat free cream cheese , at room temperature
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Directions
1 Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Spread will get firm as it chills.
Additional Information
Not only is this spread great on toast, bagels, and crackers but it makes for a unique addition to your tuna sandwich, just spread on bread and add tuna.
