0.5 cup plain nonfat yogurt
0.5 cup Sour Cream, fat free
1 fresh green onions , minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley (or cilantro)
0.5 tsp Seasoning, lemon pepper
0.5 tsp honey (or sugar)
0.25 tsp italian seasoning , salt-free (optional)


Directions
1 Using a hand beater, whip together the yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl.
2 Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3 To serve hot, warm over medium heat, stirring until heated throughout (do not boil). To serve cold, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Additional Information
Don't mind not using right away because this dish keeps well when covered and refrigerated.
